Weekly Favorites

So I decided to unprivate this blog. I love having readers and privatizing this blog makes no sense of having one (to me). So I'm back!

It's Monday and I'm in a mood for sharing.

Our bathtub in the master came with the house and the developer gave us the cheapest/lowest quality; only Maya and I use it and after plus-minus 1 year of using it, this featherlite weight mommy cracked (a big one) the tub and that ended my relationship with the tub.

Hubster and I have been wanting to do something about our bathroom but it's not going to happen anytime soon since it's not a priority.

However, going through beautiful bathrooms for inspirations doesn't cost a penny.

Twisted Updo

Saw this tutorial here and the first thing I did was copy the image so I can share it with you. Yes YOU! I know right.. how thoughtful of me.

This looks easy-peasy to do. The only two things I don't have are the curling iron and the long hair.

Ok, why is the image too freaking small? Simply click on the link to have a better view of the tutorial.

I loving these paintings by Cocoa & Hearts (I LOVE the name too). They look so simple to make but I doubt I can ever pull it off; I am just hopeless with arts.

I've Gone Private

This blog is temporarily private. I want to be out of the radar. My name is too one of a kind that anyone were to google my name, my sister's blogspot would appear and that would lead straight up to my blog.

Why don't we have a simple last name like....Jones?

Or maybe I should blog less about me and my family and more about other things.

How do famous bloggers do it? I love having followers/readers. I'm at my happiest when I see more and more followers; well I only have a few. Hehe (c:

I'm pretty sure I'll make this blog public but not quite sure when yet.

Movies Marathon

Since I stepped into motherhood, I have not been to the cinema as often as I would like. I’m one of those mothers who feel terrible leaving the child behind while having an awesome time.

I don’t know why but I DO. I hate that GUILT feeling. *cries blood*

I think we went to the movies only once since having Maya and when hubs and I have to do things minus baby, all I think and talk about is Maya!

Yeah, it’s really that bad.

I’m not complaining, just sharing.

I actually do love tagging Maya around and I know she enjoys it as much.

So thank god for Torrent (I know I’m a late bloomer), I am catching up with Hollywood. I have watched literally 5 movies since last Saturday-to-date, LITERALLY. I’ve downloaded more and I can’t wait to watch them once I get back from PD (I’ve got a team building over this weekend). They’re all a MUST WATCH! So if you haven’t watched them, please do yourself a favor.

Everyone who works for someone can TOTALLY relate to this movie. It's HIGH-larious.

This movie is too much like No Strings Attached. I even prefer the chemistry between Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman. BUT, the XXX scenes of JT and Mila are not to be missed. Hence, my MUST WATCH rating. qc:

I haven't read this book (don't even know when I would actually read it. Fyi, I'm not much of a reader. Yeah I suck :<)but I LOVE this movie. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

Our Miss Diaz did great in this movie; it was something different. Straight up FUNNY. MUST watch!

Kate Hudson carried this role amazingly; AMAZEBALS! It's about a dying cancer woman and her life after she was diagnosed. TEAR JERKER I tell you. I cried like a baby :'(

Movies make me happy. PERIOD.

Weekly Favorites

I'm in a home decorating frenzy and this bug is going to stay around until I finish (haven't even started) decorating our home. Pictures are from blogs I enjoy visiting and here are my favorites for the week.

I would like something like this for our guestroom. I love the color palette. The blue is so...soothing.

I am madly inlove with the mirrors and the plush carpet. I'll look forward to pick my outfit everytime just so I can spend some quality time with my closet.

Gray + Orange make a beautiful couple! I am literally drooling over that curtain!

Check out the geometric nailhead trim! Saw this here
and I was blown away. This will be a nice alternative for a guestroom.

People are just talented at decorating I tell you.

And Out The 8th

Good Morning All

It's Tuesday and I'm feeling much better!

Just found out that Maya's 8th tooth is slowly making its appearance. More gigi to help her chew; YEAY!

Maya is also obsessively obsessed with Elmo and Sesame Street. That's all she asks for whenever she sees an Ipad even when right after she sleepily opens her eyes in the morning! Talking about MAD obsession!

We bought her a little Elmo plush doll. She quite loves it. She calls him LaLa after the infamous Elmo's Song. Check it out if you haven't!

Another video to check out is Elmo Fun At Home; the only video that she hardly ever exits from youtube (she's quite Ipad savvy for her age but I'm not surprised if there are other toddlers her age who are more advanced than her). Kids nowadays are lucky that they have cool (expensive really) stuffs to play with.

I'm glad that she has a favorite now.

What is your toddler's/s' favorite?
